Heat sink for M.2 SSD Key features • Passive heat sink for M.2 2280 SSD • Improves the heat distribution of M.2 SSDs • Includes silicone thermal pads to conduct heat • Can be used on motherboards • Easy to install, easy to remove, low profile Stay cool The principle is passive cooling for M.2 SSDs with a length of up to 80 mm and only 5 mm height, which results in more power. For an easy installation everything is included in the package: thermal pads and the cooling plate (IB-M2HS-701). First, the heat conducting pad is placed on the M.2 and the cooling plate is then placed on top of this. Due to the low height of the cooling plate, it does not interfere with the installation and thus dissipates the heat very quickly.
